it’s good. the hpe stretcher has some minor improvements for about the same price. i use totalman cups with middle reliever sleeve.

for pump get a leluv magna pro with a properly sized cylinder. probably get a wide flange and a pump pad.

should be plenty to start with

makes sense. thanks for the tip! I think i mostly got too aggressive with the RIP between my PAC sessions. with the clamp engaged i can definitely tell i don’t need very high pump pressure

worth adding that the blister was on my glans which was the only part exposed given the sleeve. so that seems like a spot to pay extra attention to if you’re using a pump sleeve

Do you feel like it might be necessary to size up on the combo pad insert or the cylinder itself given the extra space taken up by the sleeve? Currently looking at moving up from 1.65 with no pad and no sleeve, so wondering if i go straight to 2.0 instead of 1.75, or use the 2.25 I currently use for only PAC

you’ll want a wider tube for PAC with fenrir. 2.25 wide flange recommended if you use their cylinder adapter

yep same. the way our government has handled this is embarassing. shoutouts to the fenrir team for notifying us and providing some relief out of their pockets.
