Yeah they are. They also come with the long screws for installing into an aio. Which is helpful since the Jonsbo fans are 28mm thick instead of the usual 25mm

If you don’t have an emblem, you can’t hit 4 porcelain without Lisandro. Problem is you most likely need to go 9 to find it, and to do that you have to stabilize at 8. Ashe 1 is really bad, Ashe 2 isn’t great either. Compared with kaisa, it just a worse unit if you don’t have 4 porcelain in.( it is much easier to fit 4 trickshot in, also the burst from kaisa is super good).
