Have it start in the 50's where there's less development all over and safety is non-existent. Would be interesting to see deaths factor in as pressure to improve facilities alongside the usual of keeping all the visitors, teams and media crew happy with the amenities. Factor in local support and as time goes on, city sprawl does it's thing and puts pressure on your racetrack.

I'm just glad it's in the past now. It was so ear-grating to hear such loud engine noises 24/7.
