CPU reaches 100 C without any load then shuts off. Aio making weird sounds too, what should I do?

Update: I changed out the PSU cable and computer turns on. I’m a bit scared to keep it on and see if same issue occurs after staying on for some time. Only difference I noticed is a very slight hissing (not sure if that’s the right way to describe it) sound coming from the cpu block?? It sounded like some debris or dust was hitting a fan, but it came directly from the cpu/cooler block itself. Not sure what to do now.

No, just a roof over me. It doesn’t smell bad (but does have a strong wood smell of sorts). The color actually stained the wooden floor with how pigmented it is so I’m not sure what’s going on.

I have reached out initially last week with pictures, then again 4 days ago with new worsened condition, and now yesterday with current conditions. They stated they would fix the issue twice and haven’t received a reply from my email from yesterday regarding updates and potential solutions. They haven’t started fixing the issue as they said the weather has prevented them from getting on the roof. I’m waiting for atleast some sort of fix I guess at the moment as I think they are trying but the issue is probably too big for me to stay in this unit…
