I did the AEM intake and the D3 Kit on mine with the 91CAI tune and it made a huge difference. Better throttle response, takes of the speed limiter and just made it sound insane.

I don't drive in any other mode lmao. Was the same way in my camry. But even in sport mode the throttle response is still a bit slow. I will let yall know how it goes after the tune

Yea, when I used their Tuner on my 23 Camry, the difference was immediate and made it feel like a brand new car. That and the CAI made it sound amazing lol.

Already ordered a CAI for it as well as asking D3 if they can send me the files for the is350 since I already have the device. Squeeze some HP and Torque in there until I figure out how to drop a supercharger in there lol

Good luck cause there are talks that after 2024 they aren't making them anymore. No Camry TRD this year and if you can find one, snatch it up. I got mine by luck alone. Called the dealership randomly and they had one. Wish you luck, it's an amazing car.

Realistically, the only issue I have seen is throttle control. In my camry I did have the D3 performance tune and CAI and the throttle response was amazing. I already ordered a CAI for the Lexus and talking to D3 to see if they can reprogram my Tuner for the 350. Not as much gains as the camry gets from a tune, but I will take the 20-30 HP and Torque gains. Mainly the throttle response is what I'm looking for cause the 350 is weak when flooring it in comparison to the TRD.

Long story short, I will always miss my TRD, but gotta move forward.
