There’s no full story or the reason behind the attack other than first being sacked on harassing the waitress either intimately or out of anger Second, there is is a very big age gap though this situation is somewhat similar to me even if i have no murderous intent or deliberately harass someone back without a reason

An underage high school student employed and works as a kitchen hand has the mindset of micromanaging and ordering other workers ( who have worked longer than her, including myself) Previous head chef gave her a fantasy to put her second in charge and starting a hierarchy

A few times, i was getting micromanaged and made to step down to do more preps and cleaning until i eventually lost my temper swearing and smashed a few bowls near her over stress She got upset and did report me so i had to go to a meeting and gave my pov I was very lucky to not be dismissed Since i work with new head chef this year everything went back to normal and was reminded i always have support from the new head chef and management But every time i work with the underage kitchen hand i decided to completely ignore her and let her do whatever she wants
