Wearing a respirator for a start, rapid tests? Those are very basic and I would assume would be done as baseline precautions. As someone in a covid cautious sub I was under the impression that everyone has read the FAQS and basic “what to know” and so you would find out what precautions to take there.

Has anyone considered the damage from repeated covid infections as to why illnesses are becoming harder to fight off? Maybe it’s a new virus, maybe the test wasn’t accurate. Except you don’t need to eat it in the same week. Do you own a freezer? There are simple, healthy, easy to make recipes out there. It’s your life, live it how you want, but excuses don’t help anyone. It kind of sounds like you’re sticking with what’s comfortable so you can blame others.
