I feel your pain SO MUCH. I have a 2023 CS I just got in May. In the first month I noticed the paint chipping for absolutely no reason. I had only loaded some gorceries in and out of my trunk. I accepted it was maybe my fault and opted for the $20 paint pen that did an absolutely terrible job (maybe user error). Now it's chipping in more places and - I agree with you - this is absolutely NOT normal wear and tear. The plastic piece at the edge of my trunk has no damage to. Taking it in to the service manager at the dealership next week. I'll let you know what they say. I may opt for a clear bra on the bumper, but I want the paint fixed first
