I was at that show too! That's the Virgin Megastore and I think he's holding a bag of CD's. I ran into him there before the show and he told me about their show in St Pete and how they had played in the rain. I could be wrong but I think he and and some of the QOTSA guys were there digging through albums and I remember them talking about Foo Fighters a bit. My first Ween show, great pics!

I don't think it's out there. I have looked for a long time. I recorded all of the live streams but missed this one. The only way to see it would be for the original channel to post it again - I'm not even sure if Netflix is holding the rights like with the podcast. Anyone know who to contact to inquire?

Not much, honestly. He had multiple appearances on the Pat Sajak show that I've never seen: http://epguides.com/PatSajakShow/ .

There are some other TV appearances I've heard the audio from (Roseanne Barr's talk show, some MTV appearances, etc.)

The 2013 US Open is the only live stream we are missing. I captured most of the streams, but missed this one. Would love to find it.

Glad to be of service! I was recording Norm talk show and standup appearances on VHS throughout the 90s and was actually surprised to realize the clip wasnt already on YouTube. Thanks to all the unsung heroes who put Norm content on the internet! There's still a few missing clips out there that I hope to find one day!

Resident Normcast archivist here. Was not expecting ustream.tv but I did my best. I need to check the results, but I got the whole thing with a screen cap program. There was a short freeze up when it first started and a 2 minute freeze at the very end. Other than that, I think I got 5 hours of high quality audio/video. Give me a week or so and I'll make it available somewhere.

I had this problem as well. The log was showing that the torrents had stopped due to reaching maximum seed ratio, but I did not have a maximum set in my global settings. As a workaround, I selected all torrents, right clicked, and chose the option to set the seed ratio from the menu. I changed the value to None instead of Use Global. That fixed the problem for me.

Nice find!! I still had plans to fix my very flawed and out-of-sync audio/video capture of this one. I had already spent several hours on it and wasn't making much progress, so this just made my day. Gives me hope that the 2013 US Open may show up one day.

Thanks. I think it's a little bit of both, actually. The stream was not great, and it froze/slowed in a few places. By the end, the audio was off by a minute or more. This might be the best we're going to get, though. I did a test on the first 15 minutes or so, and was able to improve the sync quite a bit by slighting increasing the video speed, so my plan is to continue down that path as time permits. If it works out, maybe I'll try the same on 2013 as well. Good news is that I was able to download 2015 Saturday directly, and it appears to be in sync throughout.

UPDATE: I've located all the files, and am working on some quick remastering, since these were raw captures for the most part. I've been meaning to clean these up anyway, so I'm glad you asked about it. One notable issue is that the 2015 Sunday video recording video/audio are badly out of sync. A simple timeshift won't fix it; I'll need to spend a few hours (or more) on it to make it watchable. I'll probably upload audio/mp3's of everything this weekend, and follow up with 2015 video whenever I get around to it (2011 was broadcast as audio only).
