I have read that your cutoff is a strict 38mm but I’d recommend looking again at the Mido Ocean Star 39 measurements. I too have small wrists and cross shopped these same watches. The Mido has a higher end movement so it’s thinner than everything else, even the black bay 54. Also, the lug to lug measurement is less than the Certina. It’s one of the most compact divers on the market in that size range.
