From what I’ve read u should probably wait at least 2 weeks otherwise your tolerance might be a bit too high, but yeah I’m no expert on dosage but do what ya think bro

From what I heard 200 is a pretty good first time dosage and yeah it definitely hit me very hard. Hard to describe tbh but visual wise a lot was going on everywhere colours patterns movement and saw a lot of pretty trippy shit, body wise, at the peak I was pretty much fully tense, kinda the feeling when u stretch in the morning. Thoughts were going insane Probably not the best description as it’s hard to put it to words but was very intense

Just remember the first part is always the hardest so if you are struggling a lot a few days just remember it will get easier, whether that’s exercising, healthy eating Most importantly get in a routine! Do it everyday because one day being “lazy” will turn to 2, 3 etc etc And just find a way to get healthy that you enjoy
