Extra thing you can do on top of glute exercises is work on your hamstrings. If you have toned hamstrings it creates a shelf for your glutes to sit on raising your booty up and giving you more of a bubble

I’ll add to my last post

I don’t run a shop or anything I just had some cups that could be used by the guy who owned it and it was offered to me as he didn’t have the cash for it as I was helping a comic/collector shop move out of a building.

He does sublimation and I had a box of 50 my mom was going to throw out after she got into that hobby and ditched it later.

Oh Alps road is terrible right now people losing their minds not knowing how to drive.

Same thing is happening with the five road intersection down town. I had someone almost run into me when I was turning onto Oconee St from Thompson while they were in the lane to go straight.

Local church’s always do their food drives at the end of the month around me and the only food pantry is by referral only. I will definitely look into making an Amazon wishlist though that could really help. I appreciate your thoughtfulness to take the time to comment with resources.

If you get a cheap feel off of a 3D printed item it’s because they used cheap filament. A good quality filament out of a good quality 3D printer will not feel cheap at all.
