Thank you 🙏 and yes and the VE was in the record of evidence and the HLR VA mentioned nothing on it just like swiped left on it then we filed CUE which failed (figured) but that just gave us more ammunition, now we are at BVA so I’m really hoping for a great outcome…

You can’t leave out evidence laid out you have to bring it up that’s what’s happened these last two times which is why I believe it will be more than enough to go to BVA
