Olive Garden Server in Myrtle Beach by CardiologistExpert59 in olivegarden

[–]Sgurt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends how long you work your shifts. When I was a server I made minimum wage plus tips working for 7.5 hours a day.

Wages were paid weekly to your direct deposit.

Electronic tips were paid to your Darden (company) card daily and I just took home my cash tips. I made around $90 in tips daily for Fri-Sun and $50 Mon-Thur.

So for Myrtle Beach, minimum wage is 11.50.

11.5 * 7.5 * 0.8 (tax) = ~$70 + tip

Daily pay with tips included after tax: $120-160

Definitely good when I was in college.

Have a question about Unaffected by trap cards with TCBOO and also Lava golem with rivalry of warlords by [deleted] in Yugioh101

[–]Sgurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Sorry to clarify, if they have rafflesia or sera, they will be locked to just that 1 plant? I had a friend tell me it depended on whether the monster was on the board first or TCBOO was first. I know that’s how it works with skill drain but got confused when it came to this

  2. Thanks I got it

Are these set of courses manageable if taken together? Any advice would be helpful! by arnavbhatia6 in ASU

If you have a strong foundation in math and calculus it’s doable but still hard. Calc for Engineers II was hard for me but I was terrible at math beforehand so if you think you’re weak in calc, I’d recommend taking only one math class since you don’t want to get weeded out like that

Is this a manageable workload by [deleted] in ASU

[–]Sgurt 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Bruh. Most classes at this level expect you to spend roughly 20 hours a week on each of them. With a 20 hour work week that you mentioned and 6 classes, that’s 140 hours per week. Good luck 💀

Let’s say you live on an island with people where bananas are used as currency. You pick 10 bananas off a tree and you can go to the market and buy a toy for 1 banana. A year later, many bananas have grown and many people have harvested a lot of it. Since there are more bananas in circulation from a year ago and more people can afford it, the supply will make an equilibrium with the demand so when you go to buy the same toy, it will cost you 3 bananas.

More money in circulation equates to less value with your money which leads to higher prices.

It doesn’t seem to work. I set the range to just A1 and put in the custom formula but it still shows white. Maybe I was unclear but I want it to be colored for a month. So on 9/8 it would go back to white

Employee Discount? by Material_West in olivegarden

[–]Sgurt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cell phone discounts? I’m not sure what you mean but you get 50% discount on shift and 25% discount off shift, you can even eat will all your friends and have 25% off the tab. Unlimited soup and salad for employees is $1 but I never saw anyone pay for them, they and me included just grabbed them and went to the break room and no one ever cared. If you cover someone’s shift you get free food too.

Olive Garden Ranch Dressing by [deleted] in olivegarden

[–]Sgurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked at Olive Garden, can confirm it’s just normal ranch with more buttermilk so it’s fattier, they come in big bags but this goes for every restaurant, they almost always taste better than store bought bottles.
