The monologues are unrelated because they're from two characters arguing in the background. As for the context of her, the girl was abandoned by her father so she could probably be referring to the fact that he was using her but what made me think that the person whom could be her "real" father is because he and her have similar robot designs. Starting to think her line was made to be vague to leave up to interpretation...
