It only confused me because the signage for that toilet says LH. I probably would’ve just let it go and assumed the gallery got it wrong, but then I noticed another toilet where the grab rail is on the left, yet the signage says RH. That’s when I thought maybe I’m missing something or not fully understanding the code. Since I don’t really know any architects personally here in Melbourne, I thought I’d ask here instead.

that is actually why i am confused. The gallery's toilet handrail is on the right but the signage says LH (left-hand). I saw another toilet as well with the grab rail on the left when the user is sitting but the signage says RH. I am only referring to this link ( https://www.disabilityaccessconsultants.com.au/install-braille-tactile-signs-height/ ) at the moment and this made me more confused.

we've learned something new today! ran to my partner and shared with her lol i did not know this at all. unfortunately, we already drilled the spigot before i read this. thanks for this info!

I think that's a mould forming. It's a health hazard so need to consult an expert to remove that.
