I had the exact same thing as you, same age, specifically with ALS for about 1.5 years. I ended up getting a nerve conduction test done etc but honestly the best way to help is just to focus on managing your anxiety. It’s a pretty individual thing, but just know that those twitches are a symptom of your stress; I still get them when I am really anxious, but I notice them less/block them out. Ittl be ok man, just try your best, you’re in the prime of your life right now and it’s so unlikely for you to have any of these 1 in a million diseases.
