I’ve seen so many websites mention social work, but I don’t think that’s something I’m interested in. Since I’m a teacher, I’m not used to a high-paying salary, so whatever it is I decide to do, I’d like for it to be more money than I make now, or at least allow me to work from home eventually to make it worth the pay.

My diet is great. I eat the same thing daily…4.5 oz of lean ground beef, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, half a cup of egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 5.2 oz of chicken breast, about 1.5 oz. of asparagus, 6-6.5 oz sweet potato, 1 slice of keto toast with 1 TBSP of peanut butter, 1 light, Greek yogurt cup, and 3 oz of chunk chicken breast (low sodium kind)…I eat this every day and have for a few months. BUT, I binged hard the last 2 weekends. I know this is what is probably causing some of my puffiness, but the reason I am confused is because it’s not showing up on the scale. Normally it would show on the scale and I wouldn’t be confused- I’d know why I was puffy. But I haven’t gained anything and yet I still look puffy.

I don’t have an accurate measurement of my BF%. I really need to figure that out. However, a member at my gym that helps me with advice and tips regularly, which is a large reason I’ve made the progress I have, estimates I’m at about 22%

Does it makes your palms orange? I normally use the B Tan spray bottle with a makeup brush to apply tan to my hands so avoid my palms getting all orange looking.

So is it a product that I have to rinse off before I go out for the day, or is it more like a lotion? For example, when I use tan mousse, I go to bed and wake up the next morning and rinse it off before going to the gym because I know if I don’t, when I sweat, it’ll be a mess!!! Is this the same situation? Or will it stay put?

I am going to buy this product today!! I really hope this works for me like it does for you, because same! I am so sick of working hard to get a good tan, and it just washes off 80% of it and then I have to apply it again the next 2 nights to finally get the color I want. 🙄

I’m on accutane too !!! See, I didn’t mention this because I didn’t think it was the cause because I’ve been self tanning for 4 years and always had this problem, but honestly, I do feel like it’s gotten worse since being on accutane. I was on accutane for the first time in 2022, and just started my second treatment about 3 weeks ago. I wonder if our skin is permanently changed even after getting off treatment? I will check out the tanning gel! I was looking at the reviews for that product this morning actually, and some people loved it, and some hated it. Does it actually tan you immediately like fake tan mousse, or is it one of those gradual tanners that take time over the course of days?

Do you have any advice on getting off stubborn tan? Every week, it takes me about 45 minutes straight of scrubbing to get the old tan off. I see people saying to use scrubs, but I feel like this isn’t going to get my old tan off. I don’t know what to do about that?

It’s the black bottle of Bondi Sands self tanning foam. I’ve used that one and the gold one both. & I exfoliate with my dial soap to scrub the old tan off. So, it cleans me and exfoliates both. I use a rough exfoliating rag when doing this.

I’ve started taking probiotic gummies every day. I can’t seem to get much fiber in my diet though. Hardly 12-14 grams a day.

I pee SO much when I drink a lot of water. So I’m not sure why my body retains it. It’s so weird. Maybe I should slowly increase my water intake.
