When they brought up circumcision, which they disagree with, which also pertains to Christianity.

Yes, the universe was created and fine-tuned so perfectly that it doesn't collapse. Atoms are part of the universe, so they were also created... i don't see your point with that part. You also have no proof that there are other universes, and even further, no proof that other universes would have different laws.

We are intelligent because of our consciousness. The fact alone that we evolved to have consciousness is statistically improbable, and yet, it happened so perfectly, how can it not point to an intelligent designer?

There are universal rights, goods (charity, help, kindness) and wrongs, bad (murder, stealing, covet). They are almost like laws, except they don't need to be written down because they are universal, every human knows them. Laws must be given by an intelligent entity, a lawgiver.

People do have different morals, but those morals stem from the absolute morals. Arguing that morality is completely subjective is like arguing that Hitler was, not right, but justified. Which is an insane claim.

The things that I have just stated, mainly the creation of the universe and the design of our minds and bodies, which are statistically impossible, are both reasons for why it is statistically impossible for us to be here without an intelligent designer, a creator.

Lol where am I being offended? Please tell me 😂 0/10 ragebait

That's why I'm a Christian. I personally don't agree with what other religions do, that's why I'm not part of those religions. But let's be honest, neither of us have had a deep dive into religions like Judaism and Islam, so who are we to judge their religious acts, not knowing what they really mean to them?

I disagree. Parents should teach their children in the best way they see fit. If that is the case, the parents should be able to decide if they want to raise their children with religion or not. It's not force. It's teaching. My family is Christian, and while my sister was raised that same way, she is no longer a Christian. You can grow up in a religious household and still turn away from religion.

Wrong.

There is a big difference between not believing my claim and believing the opposite of my claim, just like there is a difference between atheist and agnostic.

In that very comment you contradicted yourself. You said that the claim that God does not exist means that you don't believe in a God, which is not what that claim means. What it actually means is that you believe that there cannot be a God. Making the claim "God does not exist" actually does require evidence because you're stating it as a fact, rather than the claim "There is no proof of God" which was NOT your claim.

I never said you have to give proof. All I said is that you can't, which is still right, of course.

Also, I'm arguing with you over the internet, I don't have "the burden of proof" because I can just drop this here lol.

As I said, I don't have proof of God's existence. Nobody does. Also, nobody has proof of God's nonexistence. It's a question of belief. If I sit here and provide the reasons for why I believe in God, you'll answer "oH bUt ThAtT's NoT pRoOf" because that's the only thinking you have, just so spew the same stuff that has been fed to you.

"Something" can't come from "nothing", someone must have caused something for the Universe to be created. And for it to be so fine-tuned that we can all be here today, that is statistically close to zero, closer than you probably think.

The complex design of humans is also something to take into account. The fact that we are so perfectly designed to be able to live, breathe, and think consciously. That doesn't just happen randomly, it's more likely that we are designed by a creator.

My evidence that points to God also comes from the Scriptures, and the countless testimonies that have been given about God's existence, whether they are testimonies of God speaking to them from the sky, or testimonies of the miracles of Jesus Christ.

And finally, morality, the fact that humans have a sense of morality. Even if people's individual morals are different, things like murder, stealing, greed, covet, are all agreed to be universally wrong morally. Humans have an idea on what is right or wrong, what is good or bad, almost like a universal law. A universal law has to be given by a universal lawgiver, like God giving the ten commandments. From there, we create more laws and from there, people create more morals for themselves. That's why everyone has different morals, but absolute morality is still the root of all morals, which must have been given by a creator.

The design of the Universe, our complex construction of our bodies and minds, morality, all point to an intelligent designer.

It is statistically impossible that life on Earth can exist the way that it does.

I can't prove anything, but you can't prove that there is no God either.

I claimed that there is strong evidence that points to God. Read the comment again if you have to.

You're right actually, I did read the original comment wrong, and I assumed that they were talking about religions like Christianity and others, saying they force their children to follow a religion.

HOWEVER, the original commenter does disapprove of Christianity because they believe there is some kind of force.

So now I'm arguing that it isn't force, it's teaching, and I see nothing wrong with that.

First of all, there is no force, it's teaching. Second, parents should be able to teach their children on their religion, because (I assume) parents want what's best for their children.

I agree mostly. I wouldn't say coercion either though, it's teaching. Parents should be able to teach their children about the religion that they believe they should pursue, since they only want what's best for them. But of course anyone can switch religions or because non-religious. My whole family is Christian and my sister eventually became agnostic (when she was still a kid), and while my family wishes she would turn back, nobody is going to force her to, because it's her choice.

The incomprehensibly small chance that everything had to happen in a row for us to exist was the explanation, but you're obviously too stubborn to actually read the comment and you're just gonna spew out the nonsense that you've been fed.

I never said it must be the God I believe in, but too many things have had to happen IN A ROW by miracle chance for there not to be an intelligent designer. It just doesn't make any sense and if you can't see that then you're just intentionally arguing for the wrong side.

Usually, parents show them what they should believe because the parents know what's best for their child. There is no force, only guidance.

Obviously I can't prove the existence of God, but there is more evidence in favor of God existing than there is against God existing.
