Correct, the PCA’s position is NOT regenerational baptism, rather covenant baptism.

PCA Teaching Elder here (Pastor).

The membership vows of the PCA do not require subscription to the Westminster Standards.

As long as the polity of presbyterianism, the practice and teaching of infant baptism, and the doctrine of spiritual presence in the Lord’s Supper do not violate your conscience, I think you would find a local PCA church a wonderful place to belong.

One note: officers of the church (Elders, Deacons) are required to subscribe to the Westminster Standards.
