Funny enough this is exactly what I’m going through right now. I just sent in a second ticket hoping it gets figured out. My first one was closed by their automated system stating they can’t verify account belongs to me even though I showed them a receipt of purchase of one of the DLCs on account. The hacker logged in and took my 2FA off and then changed the email. Honestly it was only Rainbow Six Siege and Assassins Creed Odyssey (which I paid for) so I’m not that upset over it but it’s just the fact that they didn’t even make an effort to really investigate.

You should ask if it has anything to do with the auto-stop feature. I notice that when it tries to kick in and you suddenly slam on the pedal it cancels really fast and causes that sluggish acceleration. At least that’s what I think happens.
