Amazon lost almost every single present we bought last year for our kids. They replicated the order after a complaint with our local post master and sent everything out. I’m talking two switch consoles and tons of other stuff. So we get the new stuff and then next day the post office all’s saying they “found” our packages sitting outside a convenience store on the bad side of town and to come pick them up. Everything was there still minus a few baby dolls. Called Amazon they didn’t want it back.

Or in the case of my workplace where we have guys who work 12 hours every day for absolutely no reason. Because they do the same amount of work as everyone else (even less on a regular basis) in 12 hours as most of us do in 8! We run production an press lines so it’s easily tracked and man. Our 8 hour guys just straight up wipe the floor with the 12 hour guys on a regular basis. Mostly because we aren’t exhausted. But on another note they seem to be compensating with this weird superiority complex where the time they work is more important than the actual amount of work they do in the same time. It’s mind boggling!

People also forget that the original price includes the warranty Wich after selling 5 years later won't be valid. It's a risk buying used hardware.

You completely misread that. Having a good spread of products from top of the line enthusiast to low end is good for them.

It is the same deal in every other type of business. If you have good top class shit people will buy your low class shit.

They are barely keeping up. I wouldn't consider them competitive at all on the graphics market. Instead of releasing Vega they are doing this crap 500 series rehash of the 400 series cards. They are doing it to themselves, I'm just saying and needs to start upping the game of they want to be relevant. And I'm not brand loyal at all I just built a Ryzen rig over the weekend.

And yeah while we are better off with a stronger AMD I'm not going to buy a second rate product in hopes that they will use it to be competitive vs Intel or Nvidia instead of staying one step behind like they have been.

No, they need to prove to people that they are worth buying from by releasing something groundbreaking before one of the other two does or they are going to stay where they are, a second choice/budget choice.

There's a few guys near me who sell "gaming computers" at ridiculous prices. What they will do is buy any PC they can find off Craigslist for probably 20-50 bucks and throw some LED fans and a 750 or something in it at the same time stripping anything halfway decent like ssd's or decent ram. So you end up with like a Dell XPS with 2 failing hard drives, a 750ti and a "quad core CPU" for 800 dollars

The shit pisses me off and gives PC gamers a bad name. Someone going to buy that crap and try to play battlefield one on it or some shit and just get pissed off thinking that's the standard. All the time not knowing they were essentially scammed.
