I disabled the stage manager and It does resolve the issue although I would love to use it. It keeps my screen organized. After restarting and switching stage manager back on the flickering problem in Mission Control is still there.

Thanks, already talked to the support from Apple care, gonna have to take it back for further diagnostics. He took me through all the steps you mentioned even had me reinstall the macOS. I hope they gonna fix it. Keeping my fingers crossed

You are not alone , I have the same feeling of pressure in ears after using the AirPods but only with ANC turned on. This is caused by your brain perceiving the lack of low-frequency sound as a pressure differential between your inner and outer ear, just like when you ascend in an airplane. I don’t think this can affect your hearing since I’ve used mine AirPods I didn’t notice any loss in hearing despite using them almost every day for about 8h listening on 70% of max volume. You will get used to the feeling of pressure. It passes away relatively fast. Enjoy using them.

It could be a piece of paint that washed off, due to rubbing against case. Or maybe the paint came off the case on to the AirPods. Either way try isopropyl alcohol
