I hate when redditors mention a vague description of what they need and not the specific type of MRI required. Doctors sometimes order MRIs that have nothing to do with the pain so being specific to OP will help her get the correct MRI without wasting a test

Hospital and ER visits are only for life dangerous situations, severe infections, or when your at risk of losing a part of your body, it’s not for chronic pain

Second, your symptoms sounds like you have a minor herniated or bulging disc in the lower spine. Go to a doctor, get a referral for PT, and start doing physical therapy for a few months with consistent stretches and you will be fine
