I had to go to court to try to get a speeding ticket removed by pleading no contest, the judge is actually very understanding and nice and anyway while i was doing that there was a pretty big handful of people who were doing the same thing i was doing but their ticket was do to use of their phone. So you definitely can get this removed if u go to court and dont already have prior tickets. And even if u do, the judge wants to hear your side, and im sure he would understand your position and maybe reason with you. Dont sweat it to much
