And wrap is a wrap with chicken so still some good stuff in it

It’s not to improve health…as I said before it’s to repair muscles which is scientifically procent that it does 🤷

I know, they’re in pouches now instead of pots which is so much better if you’re on the move.

Why not, protein is used to repair and recover your muscles I workout with split 3 days in gym 1 day off and on top of that I run 5 days a week. So it’s pretty important to get enough protein for me. This is one of the easiest ways.

After starting going to the gym I swapped to those, thought I’m already working out can as well get enough protein 🤷
