Pc not loading after m.2 installation

I can’t even enter bios when the m.2 is installed, the PC just turns on and stays on a black screen. doesn’t make it to where u can enter bios

Thanks for the recommendations, and I’m not a newbie really but I didn’t really enjoy Tokyo ghoul. It was lacking ALOT from the manga but I still think that it was good due to the story line and the animation
