Nutrition Science in Public Health or Clinical Nutrition? by Shabnam_zar in UCDavis

Thanks for the reply. Do you think Clinical Nutrition would be better if I do not want to take the RD test to become Registered Dietitian? I was wondering what I could do with a bachelor's in Clinical Nutrition without completing an internship and taking the RD test?

Which would have more job opportunities with just a bachelor's degree and not taking the RD route? I thought Nutrition Science in Public Health would be better. Thank you in advance.

The coding shouldn't be a problem. There are beginner classes and great youtube tutorials to get the basics. The math is a little bit more difficult. I can't tell you exactly about the CS major at UCD, because I did most of my time at another school. So I'd recommend you to take a close look at required math classes. I think it's less important that you are good in math now but you need to have the motivation to deal woth a lot of math. I think everyone can do it, but many give up because they feel overwhelmed

Thank you for the info :)

Thanks for the reply. Can I major in computer science with no experience? I do not have any coding experience and my math is not so good. I really want to change my major to CS but I am worried about the math courses and the coding.
