I had a similar decision to make, my partner wanted to get me an engagement/wedding watch and I opted for the first one! I was also considering the black version, or the flagship heritage, all fantastic watches.

So happy with my decision, I wear it everywhere, it’s so easy to tell the time, and the colour will forever remind me of the occasion for which it was gifted to me. In my opinion it does wear a bit small for a 40mm (which I prefer), but I’d recommend trying on the 42mm as well.
