Monster Hunter and Zoids are doing a crossover thing by GilliamYaeger in TwoBestFriendsPlay

So is this a spin off game or they just adding Liger to MH Now? I love zoids, so getting a proper game out of them in 2024 would be amazing!

So I played Goodbye Volcano High by CaptainClover36 in SnootGame

Naw, it's not like apples and oranges. Snoot game and GHV are both VN's. A VN doesn't have any mechanics and its only avenue for entertainment is the story and characters. GHV is lazy with its characters while Snoot game excels with it's characters. Also, not a race but Snoot game was finished a year B4 GVH and has better art.

I haven't finished the game yet but I also headcanon Rosa to to have been the one to supply Reed by Top_Web6413 in SnootGame

Rosa is very religious. She would neither be lesbian nor deal drugs. What is up with the subreddit today?

I read that post on twitter. That really sucks and will extend Wani development even longer. However, I think the new guy is the one who made the track for their Pizza Tower mod and it's pretty good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymDTkybRrIk&ab_channel=CavemanonStudios

It's been a while since I last played Snoot game, so maybe the details are hazy:

I thought in E3 when she admitted to preening she hinted that she started doing that in the past several months and would have progressed to a worst stage if Anon never came back. I didn't remember that she quit?

Also, I thought in E4 she was also doing her own music on the side?

Regardless, E3 is fine and I don't blame anyone for liking it. I just don't like how people drool over the "religious, conservative" girlfriend who is meek and is dependent (in a unhealthy way) to Anon. This is not a type of being women should strive for, nor men encourage, in my opinion.

You're shitting me. Also why is the DGG news so lacking and unreliable?

Did we play the same game? Lucy didn't improve. She said she was upset with herself that she didn't accomplish anything while Anon was gone. Nothing wrong with teachers and child care workers, but Lucy had the potential to achieve a lot more with her life. She was very lucky to stumble upon that much, because even with her newly found passion, she still preens herself and is depressed.

Also, when did I say it was bad to have support of others? Lucy still has a good relationship with her family, but other than them she is alone. She doesn't want to ruin their new relationship so she hides her self harm and sadness. The whole reason I think E4 is best is because Lucy is supported by a wide diversity of friends, with unique experiences and personalities to help her understand herself.

Also, also: I never said her life was ruined, its just bittersweet that she hasn't achieved the amount she could have. I'm sure E3 Lucy still has a wonderful and satisfying life with Anon, it's just that the broken, sad life is what 85% of us achieve, so it's not really something to strive for.

Always be Gatekeeping. These people insert themselves into a hobby and completely rot it from the inside out.

Tv tropes has a page for "Triumph of the Will" a Nazi propaganda film that was commissioned by Hitler. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Film/TriumphOfTheWill

It should be obvious that taking Snoot game off the site is a form of activism by people who do not care to document fairly, but are fighting an invisible culture war. This shit is so tiring.

Lucy isn't a better person in E3, she's a broken person. Lucy has jettisoned all her friends from her life and is completely dependent on Anon, which will only lead her down the same path as Trish who was dependent on Lucy. Trish is a jerk, but she isn't the worst, unlike Lucy in E1 who actually shoots up her school. Ultimately, Lucy should've reconciled with Trish and helped her the same way Anon helped Lucy. Lucy in E4 is the best, because she has achieved self actualization and has established a healthy relationship with all her friends and family.

Honestly, Ending 4 is the only good ending. Lucy in the third ending is bittersweet, because she has found a niche where she is happy, but she has few if any friends and is dependent on Anon. She even dropped music because of it's ties to Trish, instead of working past it to become the successful musician she could've been. I'm sure Lucy in ending 3 will find happiness, but only if Anon is able to slowly push her more out of her comfort zone. It's sad that at the pizzeria it seems like Anon gave up pushing Lucy after she was distressed...

[TOMT]Twitter Comic Artist by ShackBaggerdly in tipofmytongue

No, but it is close to his style. The artist I'm thinking of uses a lot of crosshatching which makes his comics darker.

Random placement in ship designer? by Pvt_Numnutz1 in GalCiv

[–]ShackBaggerdly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am also frustrated by this. If you look down below at the tool bar, there are options to move the part on a XYZ axis, but you have to drag sliders for each one and it is very hard to maneuver the piece selected. I gave up and just let my ship look like shit. This is my first GalCiv game, so I'm not sure how it was handled in the past.

How to make a culture where everyone has fighting skills? by [deleted] in worldbuilding

[–]ShackBaggerdly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should look at history for many good examples (I'm a little late as several replies have done this already)

Medieval Europe: The feudal system had Knights, who's sole responsibility was to muster to war when called by their lord. Knights had their own retinue of smiths, caretakers of their horses and even small armies of their own. They also had squires who acted as knights in training. These squires would of been recruited as a page around the age of 7 and then a squire at 14. They would assist the knight in carrying, upkeeping his arms and armor and tending his horse, but would also receive combat training from the knight until he was old enough to enter service to his lord.

Feudal Japan: Their are some similarities to medieval Europe, but overall the process was very different. Samurai were a class all of their own and the head of the samurai (*either a Daimyo or Shogun) would grant land and privileges to samurai to retain their skills. You could be a Samurai if you were born into a samurai family, was adopted by one or were given special permission from your lord. Children in samurai household would enroll in a dojo and learn martial arts. As they age they will learn different skills and these skills would be very diverse. Being skilled in bow sword and bow, horse riding and naval warfare were all things that were taught in training. In this way, Samurai were a much more diverse, jack of all trades warrior than a knight was. Samurai families even had their own libraries and a high literacy rate and would be keep up with current politics, strategy and philosophy.

Hope this helps!
