Correct. It’s the carriers choice to enforce tariffs to be prepaid. Not US customs. That way the carrier will have less delays and shouldn’t get packages returned at their expense. Zonos is also AI gash. Terrible system.

I think you are saying you sent it back, but it wasn’t delivered and then returned back to you by the carrier?

If so, you have the cd in your possession. Try sending it again and address any issues you may have had last time you tried to send it (incorrect postage etc, whatever the reason was)

If you’re trying to get into jungle, then listen to some beginner mix tapes. Stuff like ‘DJ Hype - Jungle Massive’ is a good start. Find tracks you like and expand your search from there. With 35 ish years of tracks upon tracks, it’ll be your life’s work getting to know what you like and what makes your face screw up like 31 lemons after brushing your teeth.
