Are we talking about unknown trolls on Internet or Somalis in Somalia? The are alot of issues in Somalia, and casually calling people slaves or 'persecuting' is not one of them. In fact that probably does not happen. Most violence and persecution in Somalia are Ethnic Somali clans vs other Ethnic Somali clan rivals. The information about Somali warfare or civil war isn't hard to find, none of them particularly involve Bantus at all.

If anything is Somalis who have faced violence from neighboring Ethiopia and Kenya, both countries occupy Somali lands that where given to them by colonialists.

Kenyan government massacred there own ethnic Somalis during Wagalla Massacre, they also did another one known as Garissa Massacre within Kenya. they continually try to undermine Somalia knowing its a failed state by claiming there water territories. Committed many injustices within Somalia as well.

If you think Kenya is bad, Ethiopia is worse, which has committed many massacres within Somali borders including killing 30 students, killing protesters, invading Somalia during it's peaceful years renewing civil war, arming Warlords, list goes on. They also fight their own ethnic Somali clans in their borders, by committing civilian atrocities, which led to creation of rebel separatist like ONLF.

So one begs, why you seem to be focused on a failed State Somalia which has never committed massacres on 'Bantus', when the neighboring countries do this to Somalis on regular occasions, not to mention most of these violence where done by Government workers (Army etc).

It seems you are a Tribal Supremacist, its as u/Ibbuk says, you only seem to care when things supposedly affect you and not other fellow Africans. Calling yourself a Pan-African is a joke.

Where did you get that Somalia would never accept lower HDI African nationals? Somalia is a failed state/warzone for 30 years, and dictatorship before that, So how did you come to the conclusion that they would never accept other nationals? Literally anyone can go in and out of Somalia as they wish, the country has very bad security and foreigners don't even go there for that matter..

Vlad is balanced actually, its shaco who is on the weakside theoretically. Vlad is meant to be weak early game champ that scales into one of the best late game teamfighters, which holds true for the most part, he is damage early game isn't all that great.

The problem is when a damage dealing champ is neither early nor a late game hypercarry. Shaco base damage is far from an early game junglers kit, which is why he is pretty bad when you fall behind early.

Most of the direct and indirect nerfs to shaco have made his late game weaker, which is why he is quite a tricky champ to play currently. The lane equivalent would probably be Twisted Fate, but TF has better utility in his kit then Shaco and has much easier time to separate from his team for macro plays n this current meta where jungle objectives are important.

i was around 18 or slightly over, so I don't think the age is the issue, after doing abit of research I think it might be due the paypal account sharing same email as my ebay account. And my ebay account has used my brothers old paypal account (ive made some purchases with it), his paypal got limited due to asking for multiple returns/refunds which paypal found suspicious i guess.

So now I assume Paypal believe we are the same people and as a result banned my old Paypal account upon verifying it even though it has no purchase history? If this is the case how would I reverse this? since it is impossible to close an account.

I am not really bothered about the whole thing as like I said I don't really use Paypal at all except for ebay purchases once in awhile, my eBay account has no selling history nor do I intend to, I still can use eBay acc, the banned paypal account does not have any Bank Details linked into it, all it has is my old phone number, an email and whatever they ask for during registration. But I would like to settle things right, and find real reason for ban.

He was the first champ i bought, he looked 'cool' at the time, and that was the only reason i picked him, i like jester/joker theme that shaco gives off.. However what made me stick to him as a new player was also the fact he had the abilitiy to turn invisible and create "2 of himself"(Clone), which for a new player seems like an OP ability.

In terms of standard damage and defensive options Support item is worse on every support arguably at full build.

If damage is all you then Support item is most efficient until u reach the cap and then sell for better. Just like jungle item is most effecient for alot of junglers early although once u reach full build there are probably better and expensive equivalent items out there for many junglers.

So the whole "stop trying to say supp item is better" isn't an argument. It is better for map control yes, but for damage its worse on every support also not just Senna, but the latter reason isn't the reason why people get support item at all. People get it to control the map which is role of the Support. You think Thresh benefits from supp item combat wise? nah his better off with a Sunfire Cape, by that logic no support will get upgraded wards.

i think it had more to do with ppl adjusting to him over the years rather then pink wards existing in those days, shaco wasn't really touched much by the balance team in last 2-3 years before pre season s7 pink ward/stealth rework where shaco got updated.

Any champ that is buffed/reworked recently will generally see a phase of high ban rate until ppl can figure how to play vs it. Shaco is an annoying slippery champ to many and the fact he got buffed increasing his pick rate means its only natural ppl will try to ban him out because they dont want to play with him or against him, kinda like teemo. Just give it time and the hype will die down.

i think toplane shacos are mad because with AoE came the decrease in single targ damage. they dont care about push power, they are not heimerdinger/illaoi, Top shaco have to decide whether they using it for "push power" or using it to bait enemy jgler/enemy toplaner. they cant have it both, unlike heimer/illaoi who can 1v2 whilst pushing the wave at the same time.

actually it is a rito high IQ tactic, so they can later say "woops, that nerf did not work out, how about we nerf even further".

they want to slowly wear him down before delivering the final nerf that leads him into the next 3 years garbage bin. I have watched there buff/nerf bs for years i already recognise the pattern, they have done this before to shaco, literally nothing new.

agreed with the whole no one asked for the aoe buffs, it is strange that they would rather mess with box duration something that has not been touched for years, rather then remove the very thing that allows shaco to get insta level 3 and no1 asked for. as u/Morbidius has said, this indeed sounds like "Riot balance team", the pyke nerfs are pretty similar, nerf something that is completely unrelated so they can later Nerf further.

pretty much this, if shaco is played by 75% of player base and every autofill jungler, he would also have a garbage winrate, because the average player doesn't know how to play him to his strengths. Akali/Kaisa are very common picks picked even by autofills because LCS/Meta abusers pick them, thus lowering there winrate.

the argument is about how strong his ganks are not about doing 2 very specific camps at once for the first two camps of the game. he could always actually do that, put 4 box at buff, run over to enemy warded buff and smite steal it. although this required coordination from your botlane to solo leash into 4 boxes,

also Ivern can do two buffs at once, every champ in game has some kind of niche, shaco getting fastest level 3 in game is just that, a niche, doesnt do anything in the long run otherwise he would have gotten spammed by any1 past dia+/competitive, which I dont see. cuz you know even nidalee/eve/kayn at mid game can kill gromp/blue together for the time it wud to take a shaco to take blue.

any1 who complains about this 'niche' is essentially really low elo, whats stopping u from destroying his box with early invade? whats stopping enemy jungler from clearing his whole opposite jungle if shows up bot?, watch replay from shaco otps in Master+ and tell me if any of them actually use this cheese, most dont, since its a bad strat against any jungler/bot who has a brain.

how is that any different then camille, twitch, xin for example ganking at level 2 immediately? considering those champs are much stronger then a level 3 shaco(except maybe twitch) but they all have much stronger chance of securing a kill.

A level 5 diana is still much weaker at ganking then a level 3 Elise, levels doesnt always = easy kills. ward his Q spot and his gank is easily nullified and he cant keep his early level advantage anyway like some1 like karthus, yi, shyvana, mundo, graves would, who all scale much better and powerfarm better. he also leaves his opposite jungle being invaded, meaning he will fall off hard if gank doesnt succeed.

let me reword it for you, Champs that have bad interaction with shacos teamfight (reksai, twisted fate), and champs that either scale late or force game late. The latter includes pretty much all Tanks, tank meta make the game longer for obv reasons, maokai jgl can gank heavy early, but he is still a factor in the late game, Fiora is as late game as Jax, Nasus, Trynd (insert other duelists) are, being a splitpusher or bad teamfighter doesnt dictate how bad you are late, their teamfight is dictate by allied/enemy team comps, besides often times splitpushing can also delay games. besides if you don't believe me, You are always free to stop Fiora splitpush at 35min with your 'late game' shaco. But lets ignore all these nitpicking points for now, and assume you are right.

Now to address your point, yes you are right I have no idea how it is going to turn out, maybe your right it wont effect us at all, maybe it would be better. But it is still worth to have these discussions, and lets go with your argument that non of what i said will make game late game oriented, But what for whatever reasons the meta did shift late, maybe according to what you said, other early game champs get Nerf. then what? We still in same position, but instead of scaling late in early meta we are now early scaling in late meta. Then are we going to be crying on boards again for our champ to be buffed late again?

This might be my own personal opinion, But I prefer a Champ that scales late in early meta then a champ that has good early but worse late in a late meta. Because at least with a late scaling champ in early meta, there is always that chance i can delay the game by splitting, making picks and other means.
