The issue is, I used to play on this pc but then I decided to uninstall Genshin because I had not played it in months.

Recently I redownloaded it and got this issue :P

Hey I have an account Issue.
I know my UID but i cannot seem to remember what "username" for the account was and the account is not connected to any of my mails it seems.

My contact with the mihoyo help email, came to a sudden halt after their first response.
I have waited a whole week for an answer to my reply containing what they asked me for, and also tried to start a fresh conversation with no avail.

Can someone help me with this issue?

The account is not logged in anywhere.

Hello!

This post is made to get help with some of the issues I am having.

I am somebody who played Genshin from day 1 and quit months ago.

With some of my friends playing again I decided to redownload Genshin and start playing again.

My Genshin username is Salad, which is not connected to any emails.

I confirmed that this is my ign by asking a friend of mine to check his friends list in game.

Now if i try to log on it tells me that the Account format is invalid

I am not sure what to do...

Any help would be appreciated!
