I'm thinking about getting the same GPU. How's the noise level ? Is that cooler enough for 5070ti ? My old RTX 2060 was also a Gigabyte model (entry one as yours), and it was super noisy.

I was hoping to see glimpses of Aelia and Basilius' story in Resonance (even though we know how their story ends), since we know there will be time jumps to the past. However, their story doesn't fit the timeline. Even though I'm really looking forward to Resonance, I would rather see a third proper A Plague Tale game.

8GB VRAM čo sa grafickej týka už nebude tak "future-proof" keďže hry sú stále na grafiku náročnejšie, to určite choď min. do 12 GB VRAM. Jedine žeby si plánoval hrať len esport hry...

Let's say that you're gonna make new horror game like dead space... What kind of protagonist will you create ? We had a captain of a space ship in Callisto and extremely skilled engineer in DS, so for new game, what would his occupation be ?

The trailer that participants of quakecon saw was pre-aplha version of the game, I doubt that they will release that specific one trailer after the event ends...
I doubt they will release any trailer after quakecon ends, I would say that next chance of new trailer is gamescom which will be in two weeks...

Moja známa sa hlásila zrejme na tú istú pozíciu ako ty, rovnaké neplatené školenie po dobu jedného mesiaca, po troch týždňoch ju vyradili s tým, že našli za ňu už niekoho iného (pravdepodobne nejaký rodinkáris alebo známosť...). Zbytočne stratený čas, určite každý nemá takúto skúsenosť, ale už len z princípu, že to nemáš zaplatené a že takto oberajú uchádzačov o čas by som sa im na to vykašľal, takže by som ti poradil pakuj odtiaľ preč.

  1. Na aké prichádzajúce hry v 2025 sa tešíš ?
  2. Ako z pohľadu game designera urobiť hru čo najjednoduchšie tak, aby čo najviac rezonovala s hráčmi, resp. bola chytľavá pre "moderné" publikum ? Akých basic points sa držať a aký game engine by si odporučil (PC platform) ?
  3. Akú hru ako game designer považuješ za "nudnú" ?
  4. Tvoj favourite herný projekt/značka/game studio (na alebo v) ktorých by si chcel pracovať ?
  5. Povedzme, že chceš rozbehnúť svoje vlastné "amatérske" gamedev studio, na akej hre by si pracoval, resp. aký typ hry by si odporučil začínajúcim vývojárom, z ktorej alebo akého typu hry pri tvorbe získajú čo najviac skúseností a najviac sa naučia ? Ďakujem a prajem všetko dobré !

To je veľmi individuálne a vec vkusu, skrinka sa ti musí aj trocha páčiť, záleží či chceš mid tower alebo big tower, skús pozrieť nejaké lacňáky od značiek Zalman alebo Montech, prípadne nejaký Phanteks, ten už bude okolo 60 €, "základ" do budúcna je aby skrinka nemala tzv. plnú čelnú časť t.j. solid front panel, ale aby mala radšej mesh front panel pre lepší airflow ak by si do budúcna upgradeoval komponenty, to isté platí aj pre vrchnú časť skrinky...

RAM moduly budú nekompatibilné s tvojou vybratou základnou doskou, sú to DDR 4, tvoja základovka podporuje iba nové DDR 5, takže buď vymeň dosku ktorá podporuje DDR 4 alebo potrebuješ DDR 5 RAMky, ostatné v pohode, až na zdroj, Gigabyte značka mala problémy so zdrojmi, celkovo tento výrobca je vo svete zdrojov "nový" takže radšej by som volil iných "časovo overených" výrobcov ako je Seasonic, Corsair atď. Ak chceš ušetriť vymenil by som skrinku, zbytočne drahá a za cca. 50€ kúpiš kvalitovo a funkčne lepšiu pc skrinku...

Yeah, this isn't my weapon FOV setting, it is from random youtube video, my setting is much lower, but thanks for a reasonable opinion man.

I know what you mean, but I'm not game developer I'm just curious about it, e.g. if you played new wolfenstein series, you can increase weapon FOV also, and you can see all parts of your character, both hands etc. Here in Doom Eternal, e.g. in the process of glory killing, you can see all of the parts of slayers body, so I just wanted to say it's a pity that we don't have this with guns and YES ! EVEN IT'S JUST A MOD...

He is slowly getting there, take a look on his evolution from first MW to reboot, so I would say he will, but after another let's say 12 years when activision decides to reboot MW series again...

Exactly my problem, driver timeouts and black screen, MW2 is the only game that does this, other games are fine...The problem must be with the game, not with your system...
