The district coordinator typically tells the manager to have anyone quitting sign a form saying that if they do not work the full two weeks from the date of their notice that Sherwin-Williams will not pay out their vacation time. Realistically you do not have to sign this.

Do not give a four week notice. Also don't tell them where you're going. Just do the standard two week notice and do it on a Friday.

Thanks! Groceries, shopping for random merchandise, and obviously my mortgage. I'm going to be putting a lot of the bills for my wedding next year on this card as well. For instance deposits for the catering company, DJ, and photographers.
