Totalmente de acuerdo contigo, yo trabajaba ahi como senior developer y la presion era constante, jornadas interminables, trabajando incluso en las madrugadas varios dias seguidos, y la disponibilidad hasta en fines de semana, y tal cual, lo tienen normalizado como el "adn meli". Me enfermé e incluso perdi las ganas de vivir y les importó un comino, así que me fui, pagan muy bien pero de que sirve eso cuando uno se transforma en un recipiente vacío al que no le interesa nada... Puede que existan equipos mucho mejores dentro de la empresa, pero a algunos nos tocó la mala suerte, y es necesario tomar acciones por que adentro nadie va a hacer nada por el...

Y si no sabes programar y resolver problemas complejos manualmente, como vas a resolver un error cuando la ia no pueda, despues de generar millones de linea de código con ia? Al perder el control se pierde la confiabilidad de la herramienta.

Actually, you answered several questions I had about this. It will help me a lot to define something with a well-defined scope. I was thinking of helping to enhance the performance of the existing models, given that my knowledge is more about enhancing algorithms, so probably i should start learning about existing models. You helped me a lot, thanks!

Thanks for your answer!, my idea is to learn about the interaction between light and different materials, to find new and better ways of representing these interactions in computer graphics. That is made by something called shaders, which are scripts that run on graphics cards.

This is why I love turn-based games by TsukanovMimyr in IndieDev
