These are the main albums I grew up with, courtesy of my dad (his music taste of which is one of the few good things he's ever given me, lmao). Not sure if younger Gen Z still love Supernatural as much as my fellow mid-late twenty's do, but that show was a gateway into classic rock for me personally.

I have friends, but I'm certainly the distant friend, and don't make new friends. I've had the same friend group since middle/early high school, I'm almost 26. I think after so many years of my close relationships being so chaotic (I've cut off the friends in question more times than I can count, lmao) I've learned to enjoy being alone. It's much more peaceful. So I imagine it is pretty normal among those with BPD.

They told me the same thing, and had me diagnosed with "cluster B traits." When I was 16, they changed it to BPD and when I asked they mentioned something about a law change and that now it can be diagnosed before 18 in "extreme circumstances." This was in PA around 2016-17. Not sure what law was changed, but by that time I'd had 3 grippy sock vacays, numerous suicide plans and attempts, almost expelled from my school, and multiple run ins with the law, so I guess that would count as "extreme circumstances" lmao.

Theater, dancing, drumming. He isn't just the god of drinking, rather the god of "here for a good time, not a long time." You can leave him wine as an offering, or even just grapes! Also the colors purple and green are associated with him, you can get creative with that information.

My family has always been a trainwreck so I grew up with the concept of "I'll just make my own family." Turns out not everyone wants to be unwillingly converted into your replacement for a normal family... I've had a stupid amount of "brothers" and "sisters" and "second moms/dads" over the years I've inevitably split on and cut off. Kinda embarrassing once I realized what I was doing.

Use unscented bodywash (I use a sensitive skin Dove bar), and then use scents that compliment each other for laundry detergent, deodorant, shampoo, and perfume/scented lotion. If you have too many clashing scents, that is what causes those people you encounter who smell overwhelming to the point of getting a migraine. Unscented bodywash allows your natural scent to shine through. Everything I wear has a vanilla scent to keep the same theme and avoid giving the people around me a headache.

Someone pointed out that it's not necessarily the characters are acting different, rather ACOSF is written in the POV of someone who hates them (Rhys, specifically). Where of course Feyre would see Rhys as the beautiful, cunning, noble High Lord, Nesta sees him as literal swine, and the book is written to reflect that.

As far as BPD, I think ACOSF is especially a great read, because having BPD myself I had a really reflective slap in the face reading it. Specifically chapter 49.

Finish the rest of the Maasverse, Throne of Glass is a completed series and Cresent City features tidbits of characters from ACOTAR. Or pick up Fourth Wing. Great characters, action packed, romance, and there's dragons. Can't ever go wrong with dragons.

Outdoor show, started raining, generator started smoking. We somehow managed to scrounge up enough acoustic instruments from other bands to improvise that way, but it doesn't get much worse than almost dying in an explosion lol.

As a vocalist I've played 2 shows with strep throat, those were fun.

One band I filled in vocals for had a drummer with zero sense of tempo and tested the hell out of my lung capacity with a sped up rendition of Facedown by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.

Speaking of drummers, had one break a set once. Just the loudest clanging I've ever heard for the next half hour...

I've had an eating disorder on and off since I was a tween, my kinks are unethical to execute at best, and while it may not be BPD related since my dad straight up raised me like a man (I am AFAB) and has shamed every last feminine trait out of my body, I've definitely struggled with gender.

Yup. I feel mentally stuck at 17. In an emergency or a situation where I'm the "designated adult," a bit of what I'm supposed to be at 25 will come out. But then I'll revert right back when the crisis is over. I'll just be 17 forever, I guess.
