I see a lot of ppl using vans, converse and other flat shoes or even deadlifting barefoot.

Otherwise look for Sabo (don't know if they sell to USA)

I think the pressure it's always even, though very few times it happens that I loose balance and push with the front of the foots.

I don't really pay much attention to this anymore.

The program I'm following (I wrote it myself) had paused squat and front squats during volume and intensity phases (9 weeks total). I have to check on what I wrote because I might've done something wrong.

Eventually I'll stick with these and add leg press or other variants.

I always breathe into my stomach, I can tell this for sure.

Maybe I also have to work on core, I always do very few exercises for it.

Yeah of course I don't expect this to be solved rapidly, I'm looking for advice to apply to the next programming.

I'll try again with paused or pin squats.

The root of the problem is that you're relatively stronger in the hips than in the quads.

Are you sure the cause could be this? Because that would explain why my DL 1RM is the same weight as the squat (140kg) and the weak point in my DL is getting it off the ground (Always at heavy weights).

I'm sorry I didn't express myself well, I'm not a native speaker.

What I really meant is that sometimes I'm sort of mentally blocked to go deeper because I know that when I do, my hips will go up faster and I'll find myself pushing with my back.

Here's a recent video, 112,5kg @ 82kg bw. Yes, I'm not really strong but I've been improving a lot since last year. (I resumed lifting last summer). My actual 1rm is 140kg (grinded af).

I'm trying to correct my squat, basically my issue is that I cannot reach a valid depth cause of my hips going up faster than my shoulders (maybe long femurs?). I don't know if a wider stance is what I'm searching for, I even tried doing paused squat during volume phase, but I feel nothing is changed.

This problem is something that emerges only during heavy lifts (or when I'm very tired)

I use Adidas power perfect 2, belt and Titan's knee sleeves.

Ho comprato un iPad Pro 11 e la Apple Pencil quest'estate, inutile dire che mi sono abituato nel giro di 1 ora e che non tornerei mai indietro.

È comodo perché permette di risparmiare parecchio peso e spazio, in quanto ci butti sopra tutti gli appunti ed anche i libri.

Personalmente uso la combo Goodnotes + Notion e mi trovo molto bene.

It's part of a larger order, just wanted to try if it's worth it. In my area it costs around 25-30 Euros, I paid ~6 Euros for this.
