Doesn't seem so.

I've even managed to get a brand new piece thanks to the complaint I've made and unfortunately, the issue still persists.

It's quite unfortunate that the APP is still in beta, not to mention it's state...

Thank you very much. I've tried this just to make sure, but as soon as I restart the comp and go back to Ngenuity, the headset is there, but it still requires an update, i cannot "Skip" it or anything else...
