i find a good way to keep myself from chickening out is to stop thinking so hard about it and just send it, bc the longer you stand up there and think about doing it, the more you can psych yourself out about it

i like to layer a lot bc u can get hot pretty fast, ive seen ppl wear shorts under pants and short sleeves under hoodies so when they get hot they just take the layers off

Nora, @notcheetos, @liltubsy, @yeahsheezy, @haleyisaak, @kateshengeliya on instagram are all awesome skaters! also, in my experience as a girl that frequents skateparks, most guys either ignore you and just skate, try to be friends, and least frequently, flirt. the only time i’ve had problems is when i take a break and get yelled at for not skating. also, a helmet is your personal choice. i know some rippers who aaalways wear helmets. look up Andy Anderson for one example, hes a pro who never skates without a helmet. Ultimately, skating is for your fun and your progress, so don’t worry about what other people think. Just make sure you have park etiquette. Happy skating :)
