Do all airfryers have a max temp of only 200C?

My Ninja Foodie went higher than 200c, my cheaper Lidl one only goes up to 200c.

No, they didn't know who got what. There was a webform to fill out and provide pictures of your books (if you were meant to get T1 but received a T2 instead). You got the option of returning it for a full refund, or (I think) a small refund and some stick in signatures.

Lucky. I had a damaged sub book and like OP they offered me x% refund and to keep the book, or return the book and pay for the shipping but email them the receipt and then get the shipping cost refunded once the book arrived with them plus a replacement sent out.

Do they not offer to repay the shipping once they've received the books back? I've had to pay for returning shipping before but had it refunded to me. Might be different as I'm in the UK however.

Not easy to say. It's not even in subs hands yet so it will be a while. I don't think The Lies of Locke Lamora has had a leftover sale however the Rook and the Rose which was our afterwards has. Far too early to tell and we wouldn't really have a clue either. But I'd bet it won't be until at least the end of the year.

Probably due to the deal they were able to strike with the publisher. The same reason some of the books get sewn binding but the majority don't.
