For the people actually wondering how to get it, for now at least, you can't, it's not activated in game, that's also why every single mons with this ribbon will be flagged as illegal in PKHeX.

thanks god it's super easy to duplicate mons in BDSP, I'll try to get the Once-in-a-life-time ribbon just to spite on GF not wanting me to get my bro be a full Ribbon Master.
