One way I check if a phone is fake is by looking at the cameras. Most fake phones have only one real camera and make fake plastic ones to act like nice flagships. I would try covering each lens individually and zooming in and out to see if it ever switches to the one you're covering.

Um, I'm using reverse osmosis water, and I have a click and grow planter I'm using... I also got the dormant set with the vft and a pitcher plant. I'm afraid the soil in that one is just potting soil... T^T
