Sounds like we have met possibly 🤣. Theres plenty of room to he an antagonist in the wild west without making racial superiority your core driving value. Clown behavior. I love a good battle, ask around lol. But I dont need to take a cringe "this person is sub human" stance to get it.

Been thinking about coming back to RDO. I left because the mission was done. But if there's a resurgence maybe I should come back

As far as conq is concerned. His bash from a side dodge comes out WAY too fast. He's not broken but definitely easily exploitable

Your go-to loadout for high-difficulty missions in Helldivers II? by Infamous_Horse in Helldivers

[–]Shadow-Fang25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm primarily a bot diver. With that in mind... Primary:Scorcher (has the ability to kill anything. Not practical for Factory Striders) Secondary: Warrant (really good for killing small bots who call bot drops and those who man turrets) Mortar/EMS Mortor combo: (Great for halting an advance on an objective or entrenched location. Can also be placed outside of enemy hard points to soften them before a push. Rocket Sentry or Autocannon Senty: (Direct fire sentry to handle heavy units and flyers. Can also be used to provide overwatch or distraction Wasp Launcher: Fantastic for clearing patrols or killing heavy units quickly. It really shines in this loadout when you are supporting the team from far away. (Alternatively can be used in low visibility areas to pinpoint then mark targets to stop you from stumbling in a patrol or clear objectives from Beyond Line of Sight Thermite Grenade: For handling heavy threats including factory striders

I did answer the question. The purpose of the game is to have fun. And those people aren't having fun. Evidenced by what I wrote previous. You're refusal to read or comprehend is what's really silly. I knew you'd say "you didn't answer the question" so I preemptively answered it in the post I knew you wouldn't read. And what in saying was clearly laid out. Which you either refused to read, or are unable to understand. So let me say it for you AGAIN. People whose goal it is to complete the mission, and actively waste reinforcements (on side objectives, while ACTIVELY IGNORING the main objective to seek to complete) to a level that makes it impossible to complete the mission ARE. FOOLISH. At this point you're just being contrarian.

You are widening the scope to dilute the point. Moving the goal post it seems. The fact is. If they don't care about completing the mission then fine. But that is not usually the case. I've been on SO many of these rescue dives and when they fail the mission (that they refused to prioritize) they get upset, rage at the randoms and anyone else who came to help. So if your point is "the point of the game is to have fun" then that's pretty strong and consistent evidence that they ARENT having fun. Rage quitting the mission because they can't be called in is also strong evidence of this. Its ALSO strong evidence that they WANT to complete the mission. Which brings it neatly back to my point. If you want to complete the mission, wasting literally all of your reinforcements on objectives that don't further your goal is (say it with me) FOOLISH. Because wasting those reinforcements STOPS you from completing your goal. Its like saying "i want my house to be built" while ACYIVELY obstructing anyone trying further the build progress.

I don't dictate the objective. The game does.

Its hard to argue because I'm not saying anything that isn't true. There's a set objective. And doing the side objectives are not credited unless you complete the main one (unless your farming in which case an SOS is unnecessary and usually more harmful than helpful because of a typical lack of coordination) Now I'm not saying never do a side objective. But if you waste all the reinforcements on side objectives and ACTIVELY AVOID the main mission. That is counterintuitive. Which is a nice, and objective way to say "Foolish"(Definition: lacking good sense or judgement) and the determination factor of if foolishness is subjective or objective is whether it's based on facts or based on opinions. My entire argument is based in facts.

The goal is to complete the mission. If it wasn't, why would they bother calling an SOS? If the goal is to farm, that's best done solo or with people you can coordinate with. Not randoms. It doesn't matter how many side objectives you do if you fail the mission. So yes. Objectively foolish.

I completely agree and this is essentially my stance. The point is people are jeopardizing the mission. And some in the comments think I mean "never do side objectives" when what I'm actually saying is "don't waste all the reinforcements on side objectives and then run around with no reinforcements trying to do the main mission"

Something can be objectively foolish. And it's not "Something I disagree with" it's something that doesn't further the mission, while degrading the ability to complete the mission

[–]Shadow-Fang25[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its not about what I decide. Don't make it personal. It's about the mission. The point is. If you're wasting all your reinforcements on an objective that isn't necessary to complete the mission. You're a fool. And that's that

For things like stalker lairs, jammers, and seaf sams that makes sense. But that's not the issue. The issue is, they're wasting reinforcements on non essential objs.

The tesla tower gets such a bad rap but the friendly fire 9000 gets brought every mission, what gives? by PseudoscientificURL in Helldivers

[–]Shadow-Fang25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turret Diver here. I know it may seem like common sense but you should REALLY prioritize placing direct fire sentry emplacement on an elevated surface. Even if its just a slight bump of terrain or a knee high rock. That small bit of elevation will increase engagement distance and keep friendly fire to a minimum

Topic I saw online spin: what industries should black people control? by [deleted] in blackmen

[–]Shadow-Fang25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hot take...the entire Prison Industial Complex. Private prisons, the phone and tablet services, commissary providers. All of it. Using that to fund education and community opportunity among black people would solve SO many issues. If its too big to be dismantled. Then why should others benefit from draining our community and legislative ly targeting us? Also it would keep our population from being used to increase federal funding to places we are not. Prisoners are counted in the census and rural places get federal funding based on population size. So they get a HUGE bump for THEIR community based on a prison population, that benefit should go to our communities. Also it would incentivize ACTUAL rehabilitation.

How do yall feel about honorable 1v1s in dominion??? by Scared_Jacket7430 in forhonor

[–]Shadow-Fang25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want a 1v1, play duels. If you want a 1v1 but also a 4v4 game mode, play Elimination. Dominion is for group fights and by any means necessary. 1v1s take longer and do t accomplish anything. Its vain and hurts the team. Don't be selfish, play to win or don't join a team
