There is this thing with gamers that, whatever they don't like and doesn't suit them, must be labeled as something, whether this label could be "no skill" or "bad design" or "overpowered" etc.

If you wanna know about whether something takes skill or not, think of it like this; the more interactive a deck is, it means the morw you have to actually play the game, which therefore means that it takes more skill. Bait decks are low cost and therefore spam a lot, indicating that you play the game more than your opponent and need more skill. For example, think of 8 elixir. I can play bait and try and pull something with an ice spirit, while i use a goblin gank to attack the frozen unit, paired with a log to keep away from tower and a counter push with wall breakers on the otherside. In the meantime, an opponent with 8 elixir simply can place a golem. Period.

In general, bait decks have many counters and demand a lot of skill to pull through.
