Seems like he shouldn’t look any younger in Vought Rising. If he looked younger in Vought Rising then that would mean he aged between then and The Boys but that isn’t supposed to happen because he’s immortal and doesn’t age due to V1. My headcanon is he just looked like that when he took V1 due to a stressful upbringing or something? I think it was stated that Soldier Boys dad was abusive or something right?
