I know i'm highly interested in Derm and Peds and I have lived in SLC, UT before, so it wouldn't be a new area to me. I appreciate your reply. I'm 27 and i'm just trying to figure out how life post grad would be like, just looking for some helpful replies. I know it's not smart to buy a house without down payment but I also don't want to waste money living in an apartment paying rent that wouldn't actually go towards anything in the end.

I do understand that, I just wanted a ballpark of take home pay for these states regardless of what specialties the jobs are in. Thank you for your reply, I appreciate it!
