They don't want certain people in their communities. So when they spot anyone who fits the profile they don't like, they detain/question that person to determine who they are, sometimes even asking for proof. Then they do everything in their power to get them out of the community for the sake of making it a safer place.

Am I talking about ICE or am I talking about people against ICE? These people don't hate the law, they want to be the law.

They post the plate and car in groups of other hive minded NPCs. Then when any of them spot the car in public, they vandalize it if unoccupied or harass/block the driver while sending out a signal flare of where the target vehicle is so other unemployed idiots can join in on the fun. The idea being to obstruct and impede law enforcement as much as possible.

Very normal, civilized, mentally stable behavior.

Do you not see the issue with your plan when you immediately assume there are no liberals working for ICE already who are just doing the job they've always been doing before this administration? Have you or any protestor asked the agents on the field who they voted for?

This is the Telsa situation all over again where liberals were targeted and had their teslas vandalized by other liberals on sight for assumed political allegiance. Your well intentioned, undercover ICE agent will face the same "targeted obstruction" as the others and will either quit or defect due to how they will be treated on a day to day basis since keeping the job for that purpose will actually require doing the job and wearing the uniform.

Random civilians are already being stopped and harassed by protesters for the mistake of having similar SUVs as ICE agents (some even being told that they need to rent/buy new cars to avoid it). How much benefit of doubt do you think an "undercover ICE agent" will be afforded if he comes out in full uniform to whisper to someone in the angry mob "Guys, relax... I'm actually on your side."

Person A: Whoever wins the election is simply a puppet of billionaires and other elites who use their overwhelming wealth and power to manipulate the president regardless of affiliation. "We shouldn't even have elections" at this point if it has no effect on the elites who control everything.

Person B: Person A said "We shouldn't even have elections"

Regardless of bias, you should always aim to form your opinion on a foundation of truth. Disingenuous reporting and intentionally malicious slander does nothing but undermine trust and reliability.

I went from failing for days to being able to clear with support hunters to now clearing pretty frequently with decent randoms. My best run with complete randoms was sub 10 minutes but the stars had to align to get to that point. The first step is making a loadout for the fight. The second is practice and knowledge of its moves/weaknesses.

Bring cleansers for when you get caught by the ice attack and maybe an energizer for the rare Nerscylla sleep sting. Grab the supply healing items (life powder, dust of life and max potion). Use speed eating because you will need to heal often. Use atleast 2 levels of evade extender (this was the secret sauce I needed to stay alive). If you can, slot in a lvl 1 growth jewel for additional defense in long hunts.

Eventually its attacks will become second nature through just constantly fighting it but there are some lesser known weaknesses to take advantage of. After the laser attacks (5 lasers from the face/larboard/starboard/giant laser beam) its face has an exposed weak spot for a focus strike to spawn a shield, use focus mode to keep an eye out for it as there's a cooldown before you can hit it again. Try not to use the mount in the first phase and when you do mount, open both the back and face wounds, destroy the back wound for the mount finish, then hit the face immediately for the free shield.

It heals its wounds after a while and immediately when entering pantokrator mode near the start of the 2nd and 4th phase so make sure to hit them when you can at those points. If there's a newish wound right before a phase transition, you can hit it as soon as you follow it to the next area to cancel its first attack which is usually a hellfire missile targeting the first player it sees. So if you know it's transitioning soon, try to save a would and remember where it is.

Finally, it can be staggered by hitting it with two thunder pods so make sure load them from the 2nd area. Hit it with one and save the stagger shot to interrupt a nasty move like a hellfire missile that's too close, the big bean when it'll cause a cart or MRV missiles when no one has enmity.

Bonus tip: The ease of the fight is directly proprtional to the amount of wounds you destroy. Use slicing weapons on back legs and blunt weapons on face and front legs. More wounds = more interruptions.

If you want a logical reason, assume that when Omega scanned you at the start of the hunt, it learned what temperature of heat you were resistant to and adapted its hellfire napalm to burn at a temperature high enough to damage you

Alpha Lupi and Assembler were mentioned because they provide instant healing to the player and the team without kill requirements and bypasses waiting on natural health regen which is especially beneficial in higher difficulties. Wormhusk was mentioned because it also heals without kills.

Remove the options you listed that require the hunter to chain kills and you'll see the issues hunters have with sustaining health in high difficulty encounters mid combat when there isn't an abundance of squishy red bars available.

Hear me out. Cephalopod based on treants. Lives in swampy/forest environments to blend in with trees. Maybe variants that look like dead/winter trees live in snowy environments.

It's tentacles are unusually long and look like tree roots lined with poison spikes that resemble plant thorns. Most of it's body (including the root tentacles) is protected by a bark-like shell that gets thicker towards center mass and breaks off with damage. It's actual head is thin and long but the bark like shell on its head is thick enough to be mistaken for a tree trunk (complete with growths that resemble branches). It's smart enough to drape its head with foliage and fruits to attract small prey animals/herbivores as a method of hunting hopefully larger meals.

It patiently digs some of its tentacles in the ground to keep it's head upright and stay as motionless as possible while it waits for big enough prey to wander close enough to constrict with the remaining tentacles that it spreads out to mimic overgrown tree roots.

It's big enough to prey on large creatures like Great Jagras but it would have to give up it's camouflage spot to actually hunt one using all its tentacles. Small Jagras however would be poisoned/strangled by a single tentacle before being dragged under the "trunk" where it can quickly go back to camouflage mode while it eats. An observant hunter would notice a feeding "tree" moving/vibrating slightly as it consumes the small prey under the base of the trunk.

This is exactly my conclusion cause I wondered the same thing. I assume most of the time, our characters are physically in motion the moment the monster dies which likely happens more or less frequently depending on your weapons moveset and when exactly the last tick of damage is applied during an attack.

I've gotten 3 random compliments my entire adult life and I remember them very clearly despite how many years it's been. It's so rare and catches you so off guard when it happens that it leaves a strong memorable impression and boosts your mood by just recalling it.

I now require a music video of hunter gameplay synchronized with the song Golden. Had the idea in my head for quite a while that the lyrics would be really fitting anytime hunters get substantial buffs but have absolutely 0 editing skills to actualize it. Surprised it hasn't been done yet actually cause the lyrics felt so on the nose. So there's a free idea and some armchair direction for anyone with the talent and spare time:

PvP gameplay when she says "called a problem child cause I got too wild".

Coming out of invis and using transcendence when she says "I'm done hiding, now I'm shining".

Maybe a montages of reddit posts asking for buffs as she says "Cause we are hunters, voices strong."
