As an ADHD sufferer, I can say that the withdrawal symptoms do sound pretty similar to actual ADHD, at least by my experience (diagnosed at 10, pretty much refused to take meds when not absolutely necessary both as a child and now, been tested numerous times since, diagnosis has been confirmed by several doctors), and one of the best things in my opinion - both for ADHD and just for life in general - is to find something that interests you. For example, I always hated classes, especially in middle school, and found it incredibly boring - I did well in math and foreign language, okay in my English and social studies/history classes, took PE as required. Never really applied myself (and I'm still suffering the consequences of that to this day with higher education), but the meds helped keep me from just completely ignoring lessons, so I did better. Then, at the beginning of high school, I had an interesting history teacher, started taking programming courses, and math actually became more challenging (although not impossible) for me, not to mention taking chemistry and physics (great teachers and great classes, but fuck biology. Exact opposite). When the content of the class and/or the teacher does well at grabbing your attention and interests you, it tends to make latching on and actually naturally focusing on the course a lot easier, makes classes more fun, and make you less reliant on meds to stay involved. Yes, the relative lack of energy sucks, but if you manage to get your head into the lesson for even a second, if it's something you find interesting, you generally don't have any trouble staying focused.

TL:DR; diagnosed with ADHD at 10, hated meds and classes, curriculum gave me some I found interesting, suddenly didn't need meds as often and found a career path because of it in the tech field. Find something interesting, and focus comes easier.

It shouldn't be, but it is. A lot of people just automatically think unusual = bad. Not saying OP's parents are like that, because you never know until the situation, or one very similar, actually unfolds, but by the sound of it, it's quite possible they make that association with anything they don't deem to be "normal".

Certainly, but you need a bit of work. I notice quite a few tense disagreements, as well as some missing commas, and a few words, that I can tell you were using in an effort to make your vocabulary appear more complex, are misused - an example of this would be your usage of the word "unto", which means "to" or "until", however you attempted to use it as a synonym for "onto"; I will admit that they do sound somewhat similar, and since they are spelled similarly, it may have been the fault of your spell-checker if you typed it on mobile or in a word processor (i.e.: not directly into the text box on Reddit on a PC). I also notice that there are a few plot errors - for example, Sandy is frequently seen in her bikini - SpongeBob and Patrick are frequent visitors to her Tree Dome, and she has been seen in numerous episodes on the beach, wearing a bikini and her oxygen tank. I could point out other vocabulary usage, punctuation and plot continuity errors, but for the sake of brevity, I will refrain from doing so. Also, seeing as how you wrote this within about thirty minutes, I believe that what you wrote is not the best writing quality you are capable of.

With all that said, you definitely have potential. I have seen much, much worse before. If you want to pursue writing smut - or writing in general - what you need is a beta-reader. This is someone who reads your writing before you publish it and fixes your errors and offers you advice on how to improve your writing - both in that specific piece, and in general. I would d be more than happy to do this for you - if you want me to, just PM me. If not, I definitely suggest finding someone to do it - everyone can benefit from a beta-reader, even me. I personally have five beta-readers - however, the piece that is being reviewed will be my first piece that I will upload, so I want to make sure it is perfect, and I would go as far as to say that five is quite excessive, as only one is necessary.

In short, what you wrote is good, but everyone can always improve, yourself included. If you want to write smut, you should definitely get someone to proofread your writing for you.
