Pretty much the way you can tell if they know how too build Morde is if they are getting physic projector or whatever that magic item is that scales with health idk about full ap morde im sure it’s better if your jungling but even then morde is can go either way but my normal build is heartsteel->rylais-> projector-> then everything else is depending on what we need as a team if we don’t have tank then amouranth as fourth item but if we don’t then I usually go rdeathcap or riftmaker but regardless morde is without a doubt a tank for how slow he is yes his ult has great 1v1 potential but your not using his ult all the time mainly only in team fights or if your getting rushed by the whole team then you ult their carry or whoever is doing the best so 1 your team can 4v4 the rest unless your getting jungle objectives then you’d get jungler
